Charters
Depending on the size of the group we can arrange full or partial ship charters. Some companies want the entire ship to themselves, others want all of their people to have oceanview cabins. These type of arrangements usually need to be made 12-18 months ahead of time in order to clear the inventory. By reserving an entire ship or part of a ship you can gain a significant savings over normal individual or group reservations. There is usually a non-refundable deposit of 25% required to remove the space from inventory.
Full ship charter options are available for 200-2000 people. If you have too many people, and you want them to all have outside cabins at the same time, we can also arrange parallel sailings where two ships visit the same ports of call at the same time.
For large groups where you want everyone to have the same experience, charters can be your best options. You can have control over:
